Netflix series: Emily in Paris

Emily in Paris is a new comedy series on Netflix created by Darren Star who is best known for creating the television series Sex and the City and Beverly Hills 90210. The story centered on Chicago marketing executive Emily played by Lily Collins as she lived her new life in Paris. She was sent there by her boss to work with the boutique French luxury firm that Emily’s company has acquired.

Emily's new co-workers doesn't like her since her work approach is very American and she didn't even speak French. She's even given a name by her co-workers, they call her “la plouc” (the hick). Good thing not everyone has a bad impression of her, Gabriel her neighbor likes her. Unfortunately, Emily has a boyfriend in Chicago, who wants her to have cybersex with her that leads Emily’s vibrator to take out the power in the whole neighborhood which quite ridiculous. She also found a friend in Mindy a Chinese ex-pat working in Paris as a nanny.

Overall, the new TV show is watchable.

Kelly Osbourne Diet, Lost 85 Pounds!

 Kelly Osbourne, the 35 years old famous daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne shock Hollywood with a dramatic weight loss. She revealed that she lost 85 pounds with diet and exercise.

She showed off her new body in an Instagram post to her 2.2 million followers. She captioned it: "Today I'm Feeling Gucci." Jeannie Mai's mother, a co-host on The Real alongside Osbourne's mother, Sharon, commented, "Oh my gosh, you lost a lot of weight." Osbourne responded in the comments: "That’s right mamma Mai I lost 85lbs since I last saw you. Can you believe it? Kaakakaka"

She looked great in her red Gucci jacket, her hair worn in an twisted top knot bun with a red bow. Her fans went crazy: "So chic my queen". "How much weight have you lost?"  "Oh my gosh, you lost a lot of weight". "You look so awesome congrats on your hard work." "How did you lose so much weight?" asked another follower.

Johnny Depp Said In Court that Amber Heard Hit Him

Johnny Depp accused his ex-wife Amber Heard of assaulting him according to the evidence submitted  at the High Court during the first day of his libel case against The Sun newspaper. Depp filed a lawsuit against The Sun newspaper over allegations of domestic violence. However, lawyers for News Group Newspapers say The Sun's description of Depp was "entirely accurate and truthful".

David Sherborne, Johnny Depp's lawyer started the libel trial by reading an extract from a 2015 tape in which Heard called the actor “a f–king baby” during an alleged attack, according to a news report from Daily Mail. “You got hit … but I did not punch you,” Heard, 34, told him on the tape, according to report. “I did not f–king deck you. I f–king was hitting you,” the Mail said.

Depp’s lawyer is using the tapes to show that the Hollywood star’s ex was behind the violence in their marriage as he sues The Sun newspaper for libel for an article that branded him a “wife beater” that is headlined “Potty – How can JK Rowling be ‘genuinely happy’ casting wife beater Johnny Depp in the new Fantastic Beasts film?”

Kanye West Top Forbes' list of highest-earning musician, Kylie Jenner highest-paid celeb, Taylor Swift in 7th spot

American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, composer, entrepreneur and fashion designer, Kanye West is the highest-paid musician this year which is not really a surprice since he is now a billionaire.

Forbes has published its “Celebrity 100,” which shows the list of highest-paid celebrities. Kanye is the number one for all musicians in earnings, with Elton John sitting in a distant No. 2 ranking. Overall the top celebrity earner is Kylie Jenner, whose earnings is at $590 million, while West is second at $170 million.

Meanwhile, Elton John was second to West, taking in $81 million and Ariana Grande earned $72 million. Taylor Swift is on 7th spot.

Last Friday Forbes reported an article that Kylie Jenner had lied about the value of her cosmetics business. She fired back "what am i even waking up to. i thought this was a reputable site.. all i see are a number of inaccurate statements and unproven assumptions lol. i’ve never asked for any title or tried to lie my way there EVER."

Drew Barrymore On Homeschooling Her Kids, Coronavirus Lockdown

During Drew Barrymore's interview with Savannah Guthrie on the "Today Show", she said that it has been a struggle to home school her kids during the coronavirus lockdown and that she cried every day. She has two children Olive 7 years old and Frankie 5 years old. She said she started with a routine with her two girls like "go on a bike ride, take a car ride, break out the choc and do hop-scotch, board games, do seeding things in little cups and make signs and be inventive. And then school started. And it all went out the window," she said. "I cried every day, all day long", she added. "It was like every church and state, it was the messiest plate I've ever held in my life. I had to be the teacher, the parent, the disciplinarian, the caretaker." "I didn't think I needed to respect and appreciate teachers any more than I did," Barrymore continued.

Nik Wallenda is Crazy, Masaya Volcano High-wire

High wire artist Nik Wallenda is crazy sht! He'll be walking on a steel cable to cross a volcano in Nicaragua called the Masaya Volcano. It will be aired on ABC, beginning at 8 p.m. EST.

The Masaya Volcano is located 20 km south of the capital Managua. It is Nicaragua's first and largest national park, and one of 78 protected areas of Nicaragua. Masaya continually emits large amounts of sulfur dioxide gas and there's an active lava above ground. This will be his highest and longest walk ever: more than 2,000 feet off the ground and 1,800 across.

John Bolton: Trump tied Ukraine military aid to Biden probe

The New York Times reported that President Donald Trump told former national security adviser John Bolton in August 2019 that he wanted to continue to withhold nearly $400 million in military aid to Ukraine until top officials there pursued investigations into his political rivals that inlcudes Joe Biden and his son, Hunter.

The publication cited a manuscript written by Bolton. Bolton's to be released memoir of his time in the Trump White House is set to be released in March. Charles Cooper, the lawyer of John Bolton told CBS News he sent the manuscript to the National Security Council on December 30 to comply with a requirement that the material be vetted for classified information before publication.   

As for President Trump, he denied a bombshell report that claimed he told former national security adviser John Bolton about a quid pro quo that involved withholding military aid to Ukraine.

Trump took to Twitter to deny that characterization, dismissing the claim as a way "to sell a book."

"I NEVER told John Bolton that the aid to Ukraine was tied to investigations into Democrats, including the Bidens," Trump wrote. "In fact, he never complained about this at the time of his very public termination. If John Bolton said this, it was only to sell a book."
