Rob Popham 37, dine with his date at a pricey Gordon Ramsay restaurant at the London House and tried to impress her with a £219 (USD$283) steak and champagne meal. Everything was getting along well until a mouse decided to scour the floor of the restaurant.
Rob Popham said, "The atmosphere was lovely and we were getting on really well. All of a sudden she said "Oh gosh! I’ve just seen a mouse." Popham took a photo of the mouse in action. Rob said the rodent kept runing back and forth under the coach and tables.
Popham added that when he showed the picture to the manager, the manager was apologetic and gave them free champagne. They said the mouse had run into the restaurant coming from the street.
