Miley also shows her new weird hairstyle that shows her bangs standing tall, just like Cameron Diaz's bangs in the movie "There's Something About Mary." Miley posing in front of a mirror wore nothing but her panties, she even stuck her tongue out.
She also shared photo of herself in a bra and panties with the hashtag '#postshowerinstagramwhoreselfielife after taking a shower.
The photo she posted for her Instagram fans has more than 500,000 likes and about 16,000 comments.
