50cent twitted congratulations JAYZ and Beyonce with a picture of the baby Blue Ivy Carter photoshopped with JAYZ's face. He posted them just 48 hours after Beyonce gave birth to Blue Ivy in New York.

Beyonce and Blue Ivy checked out of hospital in the early hours of yesterday morning.

The pop superstar spent two days recuperating before quietly leaving through a side entrance at around 1.30am New York time.
