Big Ratings Debut: The Walking Dead
"The Walking Dead" Season 3 premiere at 9 PM ratings were released Monday afternoon and it brought in 10.9 million viewers(Nielsen). 50% more than the Season 2 premiere.
AMC said the Season 3 premiere is the "biggest telecast for a drama in basic cable history,"
The repeat airings on Sunday night drew another 3.5 million viewers and another 850,000 viewers for the midnight. "The Walking Dead's" total audience was 15.2 million viewers. That's alot of brainz.

Rick and the group are searching for a safe place to stay since Lori's pregnancy is advancing and the group are tired of going from house to house but eventually gets driven out by sheer number of zombies.
On this episode they found a prison filled with zombies but can give them a secured abode if they can control the zombies and secure the place.
